<DIV class=TextLine> 今天，多云间晴，我骑着自行车在刚修建的宽大的朝南直直的长13公里、宽80米的天府大道（南延线）上，春阳就那么直接地、暖暖地笼罩着我，我根本无法用语言来形容这种感觉，我只是感到非常地愉悦，仿佛千种烦恼万般忧愁都已在这一路消散，变成了一个与阳光嬉戏的任性的孩子。<BR> 成都的春天是美丽的，本是漫无目的地拍摄，却沉醉春天美景越走越远，最后竟骑车来到了<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/xinjin.htm">新津</A>县。</DIV><BR>

<DIV class=quote2><B>安公堤纪念碑</B>。<A href="http://www.phoer.net/history/qing/index.htm" target=_blank><FONT class=qing>清代</FONT></A>干隆十三年（1748年）华阳县知县<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/a/anhongde.htm">安洪德</A>主持在中兴场（现华阳镇）府河左岸修筑约1千米防洪土堤，群众名曰安公堤。以后经多年整治、扩建，至解放前夕已形成一道从秦家坝至中兴大桥长约3千米的堤埂，对保护中兴场免遭洪灾起着重要作用。1950年后，华阳县政府对此堤极为重视，多次组织力量加固加高，修复了1947年水毁段。1981年7月13日特大洪水，安公堤又局部被毁，随即组织抢修，至1982年春，将大麻柳树至伏龙寺渡口段改为条石保坎工程；中兴大桥上、下段普遍加高加固，共挖填土石方6万多立方米，浆砌条、卵石2,844立方米，混凝土734立方米。迄至1985年，安公堤虽未再溃缺，但不尽完善。1985年冬，成都市江河管理办公室（市江办）再投资8万元，华阳镇集资1万余元，修筑条石保坎工程7处1,103米，计回水乡陈家水碾260米，黄佛乡渡口27米，红花乡龙口86米，永安乡上、下场口208米，正兴乡双燕子210米，华阳乡君子沱220米，安公堤下段92米。至此府河重点段抗洪能力有所加强<BR><B>地点</B>：安公堤·<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/shuangliu_town_huayang.htm">华阳镇</A>·<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/shuangliu.htm">双流</A>县·<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/index.htm">成都</A>市<BR><B>时间</B>：<A href="http://www.phoer.net/history/2002/20020324a.htm">2002-03-24</A> 11:51</DIV><BR>
