<DIV class=quote2>下午四点，“<FONT face=楷体_GB2312>青羊宫道乐团</FONT>”的演出开始，表演平平。恰在此地<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>又见到了<U>杨占清</U>道长，便力邀他登台表演。刚开始<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>与<A href="http://www.phoer.net/travel/chengdu/si_qingyang.htm">青羊宫</A>的习武道士商量要安排<U>杨占清</U>道长表演时，他们拒绝了，说是“<FONT face=楷体_GB2312>跑江湖</FONT>”的哪一套，不相信，也不允许表演。但在<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>的再三要求下，凭着<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>与<A href="http://www.phoer.net/custom/taoism/index.htm" target=_blank><FONT class=taoism>道教</FONT></A>的交情，最终还是同意了。也许是与<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>坐在一起品茗的<U>杨占清</U>道长洞察到了<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>的疑问，在表演前，他要求<A href="http://www.phoer.net/people/l/leikang.htm">我</A>自己去找些报纸来，并拿给在场的习武道士和观众检验，然后才开始表演，他先是运了下功<BR><B>地点</B>：<A href="http://www.phoer.net/travel/chengdu/si_qingyang.htm">青羊宫</A>·<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/qingyang.htm">青羊</A>区·<A href="http://www.phoer.net/geography/chengdu/index.htm">成都</A>市<BR><B>时间</B>：<A href="http://www.phoer.net/history/2004/20040610b.htm">2004-06-10</A> 16:07:19</DIV><BR>

说起内功，大家可能会想到《射雕XX传》、《天龙X部》里那些玄妙的东西。又有不少人说内功根本是胡说八道。那么到底有没有内功这种东西呢？各家的内功理论不尽相同，也就是说各家的内功心法不同。中国武术门派众多。内家有太极、八极、形意、八卦等等。不论哪一门，都有一种所谓的“气拳”，每一个招势都要静止很长时间，这就是内功的修炼。用行话来说叫“桩功”。初级的桩功只是为了体验气，比如某一个姿势，你要感觉到有热气从脚下向上蔓延，直到腰间。有这种感觉说明练对了，没有就说明练得不对。当你对于内力的行走很熟悉了，就练习更加高深的桩功，这时，就涉及到各家各派的心法了。如何引导、控制你的内力，并使之在身体里如何运行。
内功的最高境界叫做“身知”，就是“身体本身知道气的运行”的意思。再说得“武侠”一点，叫做“打通任督二脉”。这个说法并不是没有道理的。学中医的人都学过穴位，同时有一首口诀，讲的是人体气血运行的顺序和时间。子时运行到哪一个脏腑，午时运行到哪一个脏腑……一天12个时辰正好周身运行一遍。这就是一个周天（先天大周天）。这个周天是人生来就不停运行的。练内功的人，控制他的内力在身体内快速运行，把本来应该一天完成的运行用一个小时完成，他还可能和正常人一样吗？而这个周天（后天周天）又分两种，一种是大周天，一种是小周天。小周天是指控制气血只绕行于任督二脉（上起头顶百汇穴，下止裆部会阴穴。身体前面中央线为任脉，身体后面中央线为督脉），速度快但是长功慢。大周天是指控制气血绕行身体所有经络，长功快但是速度慢。这种程度的内功修炼则是只有“身知”的人才能作到的。
达到“身知”的人真的给人一种深不可测的感觉。有一位太极名家（已故），身高1米6多，生前（当时已八十多岁高龄）坐于一把藤椅上，一个身高1米9的壮汉双手压住他的胳膊，全身用力压住他。老人家只是大喝一声，就用内力把壮汉弹出2米多远，这就是“身知”的威力。
另外，还有一种不为打人的内功。武当派的老道有一种功夫叫“寒暑铁布衣”，是张三丰创立的，练这种功夫，可使人不畏寒暑，四时只穿单衣蔽体而能云游四海。这种内功不仅涉及到上面所说的理论，还要提到道家独特的宇宙观和养生理论。在此不赘述。不过还是那句话，内功也是有极限的。像我现在在长春，经常下雪，天气较冷，但是我仍然只穿一件衬衣一件外套，不穿毛衣和羽绒服。寒暑铁布衣比我还要狠，但是也绝不可能只穿一个小裤衩到南极科考去。
以上是关于内功的一些极浅显的东西，因为理论中太多涉及到门户的东西是不能说出来的，所以可能大家觉得不知所云，这也没有办法，毕竟门户之间还是很深的。
